“The dealership overall was good. Everyone was very helpful except for our salesman, who pretty much abandoned us once we got all of the papers signed. We bought a Tesla and needed help with getting the Tesla app downloaded, which was imperative for us in order to get the car charged at a super charger. We live 123 miles from the dealership. He did not help us at all with this, which required the dealership to relinquish ownership of the car (to get the app). He was more concerned with his next customer, while we were left to figure out what to do next in order to get the Tesla charged so we could drive it home. We explained our predicament to the general manager, who was very responsive and helpful in facilitating the transfer of the app. We just felt like our saleman had 'dropped the ball,' and moved on to his next customer before seeing us completely through the process.”
