I've been taking my truck and my cars to the auto body shop many times. I thought I was a valued customer. Unfortunately I found out on my last and recent visit that was not true. I understand that have guidelines to comply with. However find a way to show continued appreciation. They lost me as a customer. I no longer recommend them to my family and friends.

Sent an email asking for their best price on a 2024. They prepared a quote $1,000 higher than the price they showed online. I sent a screenshot and they replied that that was the truck in question but didn't make the connection the bold price on the screen was $1,000 less than their top line quote. More games that make buying a car an absolute traumatic experience.
