The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, the snacks and water was much appreciated. At the completion of the service, the tech went over with me the results of the inspection and explained the recommended services and the estimated time it would take. He was very attentive, polite and knowledgeable.

I had a battery issue that was the main reason for the visit. While there, I also had a recommended service performed. The service advisor informed me that the battery was potentially covered under warranty but would need to be tested. After testing, the battery was 100% covered ! Good to see the company stand behind their product.

Williams is a comfortable place to go to. The service people are very personable, and waiting in the waiting room or a corner of the showroom is comfortable. If you wander into the showroom, the salespeople only show kindness with no sense of pushing for a sale.

The waiting room, snacks, hot cocoa and Christmas carols/music is so good that I told the showroom manager I was gonna schedule my service during mid-December from now on because it puts me in a good mood! Oil change and fuel system flush was good and it runs noticibly better so it must have been a needed maintenance. Spark plugs will be next. I appreciate the reminders from Williams about needing to chg the oil.

I like they kept me informed by text. That's the way it works well. They got it ready early which was great also. They did a fantastic job on the repairs. Just need them to look at mirror on drivers side, it has some kind of film on mirror.
