It was ok. After spending over $50,000 for a new (to me) truck. I was not pleased in them only putting 1/2 a tank of gas in my truck. When calling the sales manager he said, "GMC reimburses us for a full tank of fuel on a new vehicle". I advised them, this will be detrimental to the word of mouth. So, I absolutely LOVE my new (to me) truck. That's all I'm going to say. I do LOVE my new (to me) truck.

The man in charge of my service was never at the desk and I felt like a pest when I had to ask the other people for help. Also the tech left my lights on (I keep them on auto but he switched them to on...) i had a beeping every time I left my car for days before I figured out the lights were left on. I hope my battery holds up.

I went to look at a rav 4 that ended up not being there, after emailing a salesman about my interest. While I was there, I had my car looked over for a trade in value and was given an extremely low offer. A few days later the salesman reached out & offered ti have the manager look over my car yo value my trade. That would have been done while I was there. That was a complete waste of my time

The vehicle was brought in with a check engine light p0420 code. It took a week for service and within less than a week, the vehicle has the same code again. The shop provided a loaner car, but the vehicle class didn't match my vehicle and the inconvenience and down-time of my vehicle is not appreciated.
