I liked the concierge pick up service A software update was provided to allow wireless access to Apple Car Play, I did not like that the assigned service rep never addressed or communicated how to use it, another rep was finally able to show me. I did not like the dealer not getting back to me on ordering a new center console cell phone charger, I have no idea where this stands

Very easy to make an appointment for service within a week for standard maintenance using their concierge/valet service. Loaner car was clean with no problems and the delivery and pickup process was very easy. All of the staff who I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

This was my first visit to this location. They performed an oil change, software update and two recalls and a car wash and I was only there for around 2 and a half hours. The staff was very friendly and the lounge was very nice and clean. I highly recommend Lake Norman Genesis.
