“Their cars come with a 3000 mile - 3 month warrantty which is definitely a bonus. I would be sure to verify the work their mechanics do if possible. I had done a pre-purchase inspection which uncovered a pretty bad oil leak coming from the rear of the engine. In the light of that realization, I expressed that I was not interested in the vehicle. The salesman expressed that they would fix the leak and warranty the it, so I agreed that would be acceptable. I went through with the purchase.
I went to another mechanic to have a known issue addressed about 2 months later and they showed me that the leak was still a problem. I took the vehicle back to M&M to have them take care of it, and after gaining reassurance from the service manager that they would fix the leak, they took another shot at it. I visually inspected it at pickup and it appeared to be cleaned and not leaking, since they said they had been running thecengine and checking for leaks. I drove the vehicle home. The next morning I checked the vehicle for the leak and it was still there.
After going back and forth to their location a few times and firmly reminding them of the reassurance I was given that they would fix the problem, they eventually came through. It was a little bit of a fight, and a better experience than I have had in the past with other used car dealers, since they ultimately made good on their word.”
“Let me tell you, our guy Dan was terrific. We walked towards the entrance and there Dan was I asked if he was available to help us and then the story begins. Went to get the truck we were interested but we had to walk there as the truck was undrivable due to repair on brakes. We walked over to it looked it over started it, I already knew history from Carfax. So what was our next decision to get or walk, well we bought it, we can still walk away once repair is finished. The normal hustle bustle of people come at us was expected but we were blessed to have seasoned salesmen in our age group they were straightforward we laughed along with them. Would I recommend Swickard Honda ???? Hmm well HECK YEAH great people”
