Came to the dealership to see a vehicle. Person who greeted me walked me to the parking lot and told me to have a look and take a spin if I wanted and then left me there. Got into the car and it smelled like smoke. Not a great experience to say the least.

Their cars come with a 3000 mile - 3 month warrantty which is definitely a bonus. I would be sure to verify the work their mechanics do if possible. I had done a pre-purchase inspection which uncovered a pretty bad oil leak coming from the rear of the engine. In the light of that realization, I expressed that I was not interested in the vehicle. The salesman expressed that they would fix the leak and warranty the it, so I agreed that would be acceptable. I went through with the purchase. I went to another mechanic to have a known issue addressed about 2 months later and they showed me that the leak was still a problem. I took the vehicle back to M&M to have them take care of it, and after gaining reassurance from the service manager that they would fix the leak, they took another shot at it. I visually inspected it at pickup and it appeared to be cleaned and not leaking, since they said they had been running thecengine and checking for leaks. I drove the vehicle home. The next morning I checked the vehicle for the leak and it was still there. After going back and forth to their location a few times and firmly reminding them of the reassurance I was given that they would fix the problem, they eventually came through. It was a little bit of a fight, and a better experience than I have had in the past with other used car dealers, since they ultimately made good on their word.
