I rate them with a C. Although it was a used truck, some simple things could have been fixed by the dealer. Air leak at drivers door, loose door trim at drivers door, and paint overspray on dashboard. I did not notice these things when I picked up the truck because it was dark and raining. It took me less than 30 minutes to correct these things but in hindsight I think these minor things should have been done by the dealer.

We bought our car at Delta Auto. We had a very good shopping experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. It was a little frustrating waiting a couple of days for a loan approval but that was the banks issue. The car has been great and even though its a 2003, it runs like a new car. The only reason I gave them a 4/5 stars is because the window had chips in it and needed a new window replacement. They offered to fix it but their repair guy only came once in a blue moon and werent actually able to schedule a time that was convinient for us or lower the price of the car a bit to accomodate for us having to go out and fix it. We had already missed two days of work trying to purchase the car and us having to take another day was just asking too much. We ended up paying $200 to get the window fixed. Other than that it was a good experience shopping with them.
