Service dept was great. The only complaint I have is the employee who has the work station nearest to the customer waiting area has a foul mouth and dropped the F bomb several times while myself and two other people were waiting to me that is totally unacceptable.

When it comes to warranty work, you cannot go to a repair shop locally for diagnosis. You must go to a Mitsubishi dealership. For me, that's a 4.5 hour round trip drive. But I did it, and discovered they don't have the parts the car needs. They'll call me back hen the do. Ouch. I've had good luck with Mitsubishi. But I think I'll be buying local with the next car.

Was sent an unpainted part with a paint pen, found out I am paying thousands over blue book and the guy who sold it to me apparently stol the business from person i wanted to and asked to talk to to begin with. Aside from adding things to the loan I didn't know about, they made a "special deal" with me to include the first six months of car insurance in the loan. Then told me to make sure and not tell the loan company. I'm pretty sure I was lied to several times as well. Would not recommend buying a car there.

Thus dealership was great the first time then 2nd purchase has been a nightmare. The lot has had it more than I have and it's still not fixed! Same issue going on and this will be my 3rd time having to drive it all the way back to the dealership! And having to use my warranty on this when the car lot should have had all this fixed before reselling
