Appreciate the work done on my vehicle and the advice for repairs. It has high mileage and the engine needs a new seal because of leaking oil. The service advisor suggested a few minor repairs and not the real expensive repair. I'll just add oil as needed.

I booked for 8:30 a.m. and they had my car all day, but said they couldn't get to it. They gave me a loaner, I got the car the next day and was otherwise very happy with the service. But it took me 3 trips (to drop off the car, to pick up the loaner and to pick up the car) to get the 3-hr repair done.

Poor communication and service wasn't complete. I needed to contact multiple people to find out what was done to eventually learn that my requested service wasn't complete. I took my car to another dealership to get my car worked on. I attempted to get answers from the service manager and was dismissed.
After getting price quotes from other dealerships, I found that Lithia is much higher with poor service.

When I started my car in the service check in area to leave, the oil light came on. It has never been on in my 14 years of having it. I stopped the car and asked what was going on. They took it back and said they put too much oil in it. My son said he has never seen a light come on for too much oil. He thinks they forgot to put the oil in. Also my steering wheel was covered in oil and grime. I have photos.

They performed a 30k service but didn't bother to check the work done. The tech left part of the break fluid flushing machine one and I was driving around town without the cap of the break fluid on. Luckily I opened the hood and noticed and nothing bad happened. This is gross negligence on the part of the shop which should supervise the work done by their technicians.

I didn't like waiting a while before someone came to my waiting car, even after I became first in line, however, I could see all that were working were scurrying around, so I knew they were busy and doing the best they could. Horrible at communicating; didn't answer their phones for over a week while my car was being serviced. The morning of picking up my car after it a had been there for 3 weeks, they stated the oil was changed. However, when I arrived, the oil was not yet changed and had to wait for that to be completed. Due to the lack of communication, I will never be servicing my car here again. It was atrocious.

At 76, it is PiA to have to reSelect my Chosen Selections.
At least this time it was Only Auto-Headight & not everything scrambled, including Radio.
If necessary to check (NOT, IMHO) then decent Customer service SHOULD return them to previous settings, or LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!

Originally was quoted 30-45min to get my oil changed only to go back a hour and a half later to check while I had been walking around OC that my car had been done, but no one called/texted me. I have had to many issues with thus dealership I'd never buy a car from Lithia again
