I was greeted by Timothy upon my arrival. Upon entering the waiting area, I received a text from Timothy inquiring if I needed anything. The wait was short when I received a text with a video showing I needed new cabin filters and an air filter, which I readily agreed. A few minutes later, the service was complete. Fast and efficient, great job!

They quickly fixed an issue with my car. My problem with them is I already got all of my 60k mile services done about a week ago and they sent me an email and text saying they did a "multi point inspection" and that I need all of it done still. They want to scam me out of 2k.

It took 2 days for my service but the advisor Deseo Perez helped me thru the delays also explaining about the new part I needed for my car. He provided Uber rides and even gave me a loaner car so I could go to work. I'm happy with the repair and service provided. The technician found the problem and fixed it.

Service was good. They checked for other things that needed attention in addition to the regular oil change.
I tried to use one of the coupons they usually mail but they forgot to take it into account, so don't get your hopes up about saving anything.

Twice in a week my 2018 Subaru would not turnover to start and died after one attempt. Once started with assist, drove straight to Lithia (without appointment) & asked for help. Though not able to attend that day, they kindly provided a loaner car for the upcoming weekend. By Monday the issue was detected and repaired, all under the extended warranty! Even though my Crosstrek had a message that said that there was something wrong with the SOS and emergency services functions, the dealership claimed there was nothing wrong but tried to charge me $200 plus another $2000 plus another $120. I think it was a scam just to get me in there. Someone needs to do better.

They bent over backwards, trying to figure out why I was having a certain issue with my vibrating steering wheel. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the car. At this point I am going to use a padded steering wheel cover to reduce the vibration on my hands. They did not charge me for labor and they paid for my Lyft ride.

Appreciate the work done on my vehicle and the advice for repairs. It has high mileage and the engine needs a new seal because of leaking oil. The service advisor suggested a few minor repairs and not the real expensive repair. I'll just add oil as needed.
