“The salesman, Brody, that helped me was a solid dude, easy to work with and good communicator. When I pointed out an idling issue, he immediately went to talk to his supervisor to help remedy the situation and give me a bit of a discount on the price to compensate for the cost of the part and labor it would take to replace. They had me in and out fairly quickly and it was a fairly pleasant experience. I took off 1 star just because they failed to catch or disclose the obvious idling issue that I noticed immediately upon getting the car to operating temperature. Also they didn't clean the cars exterior very well, there were a LOT of pine needles and gunk in the window seals, around the engine bay crevices, caked onto the inner fender liners and somehow under the hood insulation. Over all I was mostly satisfied with the buying experience. I just recommend they take more time with each car to diagnose any obvious issues and clean them up a little better.”
