Fast, friendly, nice seating area to wait in and they were willing to respond to my questions even though I asked a lot of them. In other words it was boring and they didn't have to do much, which is exactly how you want a visit with your doctor, dentist, plumber, and mechanic to go.

What I didn't like was that I made my appointment online and I got a confrimation email to that point. When I got there they had no record of my appointment. I showed them the email. They accommodated me. I liked their video of the inspection and kept me informed with these videos. First rate job done. The service work was quick as well.

Servince was quick, the people were friendly the dealership was comfortable and I enjoyed the coffee. However I think we missed some paperwork because I'm getting constant reminders to get service done from last month. No service appears when i check my app on the history.

Drove the car in and was immediately met with great courtesy by an excellent and efficient attendant. Sat inside the showroom and enjoyed a cookie from the "cookie lady" while the work on the vehicle was performed in less time than anticipated. All positives and no negatives.

Tech answered all my questions and everything went smooth. The only exception was the tech told me my car did Over-The-Air updates to the infotainment system, but Hyundai's customer service told me it does not as that came out for the 2024 model. I will update manually, no problem.

Oil change went fine. Tech measured brake pads during inspection. Said rear pads were at 5mm. These pads are 1 year old. Took car to another shop and pads were at 9mm. They tried to sell me a rear brake job less than a year after having one. I don't think I trust them anymore.

Always very satisfied with the TV Highway location! While we first thought it had been fixed after changing a cylinder in the engine, it didn't take long for the engine light to come back on again. They were very apologetic and didn't charge us the diagnostic fee again. They diligently worked to find the root cause and within 7-10 days it was functioning again. As I said, always satisfied at this location!

Ed over there was amazing. Very professional, did a great job explaining things and keeping me in the loop. Ended up having the engine replaced and cost covered by Hyundai. Went in expecting to be without my car a month or 2 and they were done in a week and a half. Will definitely continue going to them as long as I have a Hyundai.

I initially had a great experience, but it quickly turned bad. I picked out a car, got financing and was working with the salesperson to set up a pickup plan when I was told the car had been sold to someone else. I live two hours away and couldn't get there in person immediately. Honestly, 0 out of 10 from an ethics standpoint. Do not recommend.

Good Afternoon Kate, Many apologies that you didn't get the truck you were looking for here. We'd love to be able to indefinitely hold vehicles, but once they are advertised online, we have to sell them to the first person who shows up wanting to buy it. Legal mumbo jumbo which doesn't help you in this situation, but you have my sincere apologies it happened this way for you. It happens too often with the short supply of used vehicles out there, and we wish that weren't the case. I hope you know we feel your pain. Everyone was very nice and efficient, however my washer fluid was not topped off and after my headlight replacement, a few days later I popped my hood (to add washer fluid) and the bulb they removed was sitting there at the front, by the latch.
