Had my car towed in because the engine was running ruff. Bad news for me after some diagnostics were done I needed an engine replacement. Great news is Spencer my service advisor was able to have it replaced under warranty. I was also put into a loaner car a zero cost other than gas. So all in all a great experience for me.

Diagnosed the issue with my EV and discovered the issue that another dealer service shop missed on 2 occasions. Communicated extremely well with me. Fixed the issue in significantly less time that anticipated--they made it a priority. All in all, an excellent shop. Fast, efficient, and thorough.

I don't own this car. I don't even live anywhere near the dealer this car was purchased and serviced. The amount of incompetence involved to associate myself with ownership of this car is staggering. I wouldn't be writing this review if I hadn't made dozens of phone calls and sent multiple emails indicating I don't know what the flick is going on, but carry on with the incompetence.

Recently had my 2022 Tucson serviced @ Beaverton Hyundai. Excellent service. Johnny my customer service man, always does an excellent job of staying in touch with me, keeps me updated on what needs to be done. Returns my voice mail messages promptly When I pick up my car, he takes time to go over exactly what was completed and future maintenance. EXCELLENT customer service. THANK YOU, Johnny. I didn't like having her gone so long, but Beaverton Hyundai did great explaining to me what the ICCU problem was and how they were handling it. AND they washed her before sending her back to me! The loaner car was a nice touch, but I really wanted my Ioniq 5 back. And they got her back to me as soon as they could.

Really annoyed that I spent 40K on a car and had a $1400 service appointment and they nickle and dimed me with a credit card fee for paying with my service for a credit card. The already inflated cost of service should have that cost figured in. It's just a bad look and leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a consumer. Also they did my "multi point inspection" and there was no report with any of the results. Communication overall was awful.

Friendly greeting upon arrival. Service advisor went over the service items being done that visit and answered my questions. I had multiple routine service items due for my car and my service advisor Ben helped me put together an appointment plan that allowed me to complete the work in 2 visits that matched my schedule and budget. It feels good to know that my car is being cared for and reliable.

I went in knowing what I wanted and that they had it and what I was going to pay, so there was not much need to dicker or get sold up or down on the product. It was end of model year and that also made the process less painful. They were courteous, polite and treated me with respect (senior female) which helped make it a positive experience.

Everything listed on my vehicle service request was taken care of quickly while I waited in the newly remodeled customer waiting room. The amazing new coffee machine made the wait enjoyable with a couple of delicious mochas (yes, as good as Starbucks.) All employees are so helpful and cheerful. Bonus was that my car was washed and cleaned inside and out. Yay for Beaverton Hyundai service department.

The service was fantastic and they got my car back to me before they said they would be done with it. They said they would need to keep it overnight but they didn't think they would be able to fix the problem before they closed for the day. So they gave me a loner car so that I could get home. Then about 3 hours later I got a call from them saying they were all done with the car and they were able to find the problem and fix it.

They were friendly. Other than that I cannot in good conscience recommend a place that charged $1064 in labor for 1 1/2 hours of routine maintenance. That's not too mention the 40% mark up on parts. Avoid this place.
