I liked the fact that all the information was right at hand on the computer so they knew what I was in there for. I was a little surprised when I was told the cost after they fixed it, and I reminded him that I had the maintenance plan. He smiled and said, "Of course", and handed me the papers showing no cost.

The worst place for service care for your Toyota. I made an appointment and when I got there, it took them two hours for oil change with an appointment and I took my car in 30 minutes earlier and still would never take my vehicle to them again and would not recommend that dealership to anybody.

This visit was for a regular service/oil change. I was greeted when I arrived and shown to a service advisor immediately. He handled the check in process. He told me the time the car would be ready. While waited another person came up and showed me pics of the air filters and her recommendations. The car was finished earlier than estimated and I was on my way.

This service was for a recall notice. I made the appointment without any problems. On the date of the service I was checked in promptly and told what was going to happen. I decided to wait at the dealership since it wouldn't take too long to fix. The vehicle was ready before the estimated time.

George has very good communication skills and was nice to work with. That being said, the cost of Toyota parts and service is very high, with four spark plugs costing more than $100 and transmission fluid costing about that, and the labor charge was almost $500. I forgot to bring a coupon, so I paid the full price instead of getting about 10% off.

It went quick and that was the positive but I said yes to all the recommended things and wasn't sure if I should have. Not a lot of explanation involved so not sure what was really done. Also, told them about a slow leak and they said it was fixed but the low tire pressure light went on as soon as I was driving down the freeway for a bit (on a road trip, which didn't make me feel very confident).

They checked the problem and decided a driver's side rear view mirror needed replacement. Supposedly the part was ordered, but it has been about 10 days and we have not heard back to schedule installation. Seems like a long waiting period??? We have previously had very responsive service from this Toyota dealer/department.

Took my car in for routine service and when I got it back, I have a gash on one of my wheels. I let them know about it and they said it was curb rash. Let them know I have never hit a curb in my car and if it was curb rash there would be a lot more damage. They refused to fix the damage and got very rude towards me.

EXCELLENT. THE TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE STATION WAS A SURPRISE. ALIGNMENT, TIRE PRESSURE WERE ALL DISPLAYED ON A LARGE SCREEN WHEN ONE DROVE INTO THE SERVICE AREA. MIKE WAS MY SERVICE REP AND HE WAS GREAT. HE ARRANGED FOR A RIDE HOME AND ANOTHER WHEN THE CAR WAS READY. THE PRICE WAS A LOT LESS THAN I EXPECTED.

People were nice and professional. I felt that the inspection was not done well. Yes, they had pictures, but the cabin filter needed replacement and was not advised by tech because they called it green. I pulled it out when I went home and it needed it, so I went to another dealer and bought one. If Royal Moore would have told me I would've had them do it.

Most people make multi-hundred dollar purchases with a credit card, which I planned to do for the service I arranged on the phone. The agent knew I was traveling a significant distance but failed to advise that there was a 3% service charge to pay by credit. If I had known, I would have taken my checkbook.

I have taken my 2012 Prius to Royal Moore for service for more than five years, and I have found them to be prompt, courteous and most helpful. The only reservation I have is their relatively new policy to surcharge credit card payments. Debit cards, of course are accepted without any surcharge. This of course is the policy of the management. The service advisors and technicians are a real pleasure to work with.

They fixed the original problem but, in the process, punctured my airbag. So I wasted HOURS getting their damage repaired. And this is the second time I've had to return my car after service because of their incompetence. Did they offer to do my next oil change for free? Did they just wash my car? Heck no. Zero recompense for my time and trouble.

They were pretty fast in getting my car serviced. They did an update to the software to try to fix a problem with the heads up display; however, in fixing that I am now having trouble with Siri understanding my verbal commands that worked fine before the update. I need to take the car back but I don't have time for a while.

Poor customer service. Went in for regular maintenance service. Asked for a repair or replacement of my driver side visor. Was told I would get an estimate while I was waiting. Never happened. I also agreed for them to replace my air filter. When they said my car was finished, I was paying the bill and noticed they had not replaced the air filter. Had to wait longer for them to do it. Now wondering if they really did it.
