“The Service Manager made it all quick and easy. I was in for a recall issue with the back-up camera, which I'd been putting off for months. I bought the car used from another dealer, and initially, did have some difficulty communicating with the woman on the phone to make this appointment, but she & I finally got on the same page &arranged a date & time. The entrance for Service could be more obviously marked for those of us not familiar with you, but I did find it after one loop around the building. Waiting area was nice if sparse - I say that because years ago I bought a Saturn across the road from your place, and they provided tv, coffee, donuts, etc. I know most people immediately fixate on their phones when waiting for anything, but some of us do not. Not that it's your job to entertain customers, but even a few magazines or a newspaper would be a step up. Other than all that, the Manager was pleasant, efficient, and made it a pleasure to spend my 30 minutes there. Just wish I'd remembered his name.”
