Great service people. Great service. Was going to Northern Canada for 6-8 weeks after service. Manager suggestions on brakes and tires versus what I had originally planned saved me time and money. I have never been let down by Bell Chevrolet Cadillac or the car itself since purchased new from them in 2016.

They were very nice but the van had obvious issues (check engine light) and the dealership couldnt run the code Im sorry but if autozone can read it, you can too. They actually had ME take the van to autozone to have the code read. Overall I felt it was pretty unprofessional and a waste of time.

I was greeted by Austin, immediately on my entry to the car bay. Austin checked my car in and gave me the form to sign for approval of work to be done. I was invited to wait in the customer service area. My wait was not long at all. I took a book to read, however was entertained by the HGTV channel on the TV. Austin returned when the service was complete to let me know everything was taken care of. I always recommend Gregg Bell Chevrolet Cadillac to my friends and family .
