“They said my car was ready, but when I went to drive it out of the dealership, the car kept stalling. I had to go back home with the loaner and they called and said it was due to cold weather and a cold wash. Which doesn't make any sense to me. I came back, drove the car about 3 miles and the car stalled in the middle of traffic. I had to wait an hour for a tow truck. Meanwhile, cars were honking behind me even though I had my flashers on. Very frustrating. Took my car in May 4. It is now May 14 and I still don't have my car. I have taken my car in for 22 years to this dealership and have always gotten good service.”
