Joe kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle and what services were needed or suggested for the maintenance of my vehicle. As a result, decisions were made quickly and service to my vehicle did not take long at all.

Waited over 2 months for them to get a key for the locks on my tires. No follow up, no return calls. I finally went in and talked to my sales person from whom I had purchased 3 cars. I had new locks and a key the next day. I probably will take my business elsewhere going forward.

I feel like they failed to diagnose issues I know are present on my car. Even though I had an appointment, it took 10+ minutes to get checked in and later to get my car when I was told it was ready. There was not even any mention of an inspection on my invoice until I asked if it was done. For the price I paid ($380+), I did not receive the quality of service I expect

I was charged over $600 for theoil change, including labor on a service that was not completed. Cabin air filter was supposed to be replaced but according to the service invoice, the part was not available. I was still charged on labor for this non-service though.

Very disappointed with Troy service and how poor their Costumer service is. This is my 3rd Land Rover buying and referred lots of my friends and family but its frustrating to think of taking the car for service. I used to drive about hour and half to go to the Lakeside service and the service is awesome there, always making u feel welcome.

Very good experience; frequency of communication could have been better, however the lack of frequency wasn't so bad that it detracted from the very courteous and helpful Service Advisors. Everyone I encountered in the Service area were great. Note: while the dealership is undergoing remodeling, a larger sign would be helpful.
