Very clean shop, very professional and courteous. However, the service department appears to be understaffed. After having my car for a week they still hadn't started work. I suggested that I would take my car elsewhere and suddenly it was in service. Not surprisingly, the service dept recommended an additional $2200 in service - which I took elsewhere and had done for $300.

The service advisor, Steve Kwiecinski, was excellent to work with. He explained everything well and kept me advised. He, also, set my next appointment up for the motor mounts to be replaced. The porters were also exceptional with driving me home & picking me up & very polite & cordial.

The service was definitely acceptable. However, charging a service charge due to using a credit card is ridiculous. Many people don't have a debit card, so the only other option is to pay in cash. Who is going to carry around a thousand dollars in cash??? I had to pay around $30.00 just because I paid by credit card. This is not a company that cares about it's customers.

My only issue is that I'd called the original servicing dealership & discussed transmission flushing. I was told that it was unnecessary unless I was having issues with the trans yet I was still contacted before my appointment about adding that costly service to my scheduled service.

The service department is great to work with. My specific service advisor is understands my initial service request and/or concerns and always quick to get my appointment completed on time. I've been with this dealership for over 15 years and all of my Audi vehicles have been serviced/maintained by the service team.

They charges me 4300 to fix my vehicle and 3 weeks later had a major engine failure. They were not helpful in giving me options to fix and wanted ti charge me 16k to fix the car. Steer clear if you value your vehicle and value your self respect and not being treated like a bum after years of loyalty.

Customer service is not good on the service department Things that you think are covered under warranty One person says they're covered the other one says they're not, You talk to the manager and say which one of these two is lying and he says they're both are saying the truth so go figure.

My salesperson was Susan. My husband came in and I test drove an audi a5. Susan was most helpful in answering all our questions. We waited a bit too long and unfortunately by the time we got back with Susan the car was sold. Will be back to see Susan again.
