The service was excellent, however I had to wait three business days for it. I was in transit with my mother to Venice Florida since my aunt was being admitted to hospice trying to see her for the last time. This was a minor repair under warranty. However I missed my aunt by a half our and she passed. I understand the auto repair business except sometimes there are exceptions required. Told the service area about this 5 days earlier.

Extremely over priced for a simple oil & filter change. AAA offers the same service for hundreds of dollars less. And the service person could not have cared less. Definitely only going back to get service at the Mercedes dealer when no one else can do something more car specific

A friendly staff, and competent mechanics. My concerns are: (1)The cost of mechanical services is higher than other Mercedes dealers within a 100 mile radius. (2) the "service person" for Mercedes is not as knowledgeable as they should be about the "product." Additionally, this service person lack significant "people skills and professional appearance."

I always have a great experience. Keith, Mike & Jordan have always taken care of me. I had an issue & Keith went the extra mile & had it taken care of! Harry is great! We've bought two cars from him in the last two years. Very easy to deal with! If you're looking for a car, I would definitely recommend going through Harry

This place is disorganized. I've tried to address the issues/concerns I have and no one seems to care. This isn't the first poor review I have given this company, yet no one has attempted to contact me. There isn't enough room to include every poor experience I've had, which was very time my car was serviced with this company. Not to mention,I'm not sure it would make a difference.

My wife went for winter tire install. Car dropped at 8:00 am. She never got a call on completion. She called around 3:30 pm a was informed it would be around 4:30-5:00 pm. This is a full day! This process itself is clearly not a full day job. It would seem possible to have a tighter window.

I knew the work that needed to be done on my car was going to be several weeks but it was way Longer than what was told to me. I also thought maybe they would have washed my car because it had been there for so long, nope. That use to be a service at Vin Devers that you could bank on.

Quick A service on my Winnie View. Had an airbag dash light on so had this checked out. Turned out it was the last year fix stubborn clearance code. Vin Devers waved the $250 charge to read it. Good honest business!
