Only one thing that I don't like is it takes so long to get an appointment for your vehicle when there's a problem . But other than that, everything went well, Just the one issue once you schedule your appointment you have to wait a long time before your vehicle gets Service .

They told me my vehicle would be done in a week and two weeks later I still don't have my car. I would never use them for anything and I'm actually contemplating not buying another vehicle from them. They have had minimal communication with me and keep moving back the time frame for the work to be done on my car.

Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle originally came in with what appeared to be minimal damage, but after teardown, we discovered more extensive issues that required insurance approval before moving forward. Unfortunately, Auto-Owners took over a week to respond with authorization for the additional repairs. The vehicle is currently in reassembly, and we've maintained consistent communication throughout the processcalling to explain each update and change as it occurred. We're working on getting your vehicle back to you as soon as possible.

I'm still awaiting the Repair of the Dashboard showing Faulty Trailer Connection in 3 different formats on the Dash.. While my 2025 Dodge Ram was in Service Department, I had them oil change the vehicle May stop up next Week for Top Offof oil and Fluids..

That Im on the road most of the year, rarely home and the Service Shop knows this, as often as possible they squeeze me with very little notice when I suddenly find myself home for a weekend. Very much appreciated, has only been 1 time that they weren't able to fully accommodate me. Always willing to address any concerns and if the answer is readily available the response is "I'll find out", and they do prior to me leaving.

Only negative comment is having to keep the car overnight. If it wasn't able to be worked on the day of the appointment, maybe the appointment shouldn't have been made until the next day when the work did get done. inconvenient to be without my vehicle for 2 full days.

It has been 3 weeks. They still have my vehicle for a warranty issue. It appears they are having trouble sourcing the part which I somewhat understandable however the communication has been terrible. I had to personally drive there to get an update as no one would call me back.

I was a little upset because we put in an order for a side mirror and it has been there since august and no one contacted us. then we were never informed of the price of the mirror before it was ordered. Also i used to get a copy of the "10" point service review of how they rated my tires, filters, brakes, etc. I didn't get one.
