My husband and I had a great experience with the folks that work there. Pam was our sales person and she made the experience enjoyable. She was personable and kind. The finance guy was also very nice, I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was also friendly and not pushy at all.

Service rep Lisa so sweet when booking the appt. Y phone, desk rep Michael so kind at check in, Lisa thoroughly explained paperwork at completion. Excellent customer service and great first impressions - they are surely an asset to the company. The waiting room was comfortable, and checkout was prompt. Repair cost was reasonable.

It was ok I dont think they listen to your concerns when you bring the car in they just do the oil change and thats it I have received better customer service at our local Tireman! Tireman will go over everything and if the customer had a concern, they would address it.. the only reason I go to the dealership for service is because its free or no charge at the time of the service

Oil change service we are happy with since Jim White does carry our preferred synthetic oil brand, but the alignment service remains to be a question even though we have been charged for that service. Our Tacoma still needs an alignment service, but we must go to another shop to have it taken care of? According to our service writer, the right tool to complete the service was not available?????

My service was excellent! Tim Graber is a very conscientious service advisor. I am at 53.799 miles with my 2014 Toyota Rav-4. I only needed a tire rotation today. But then I noticed on the wall behind him about the 60,000 mile check-up and it would cost $1063 (probably not including tax). He said that the dealership would give me a car for the day and to prepare myself for this expense. That is always a good idea to plan ahead!

Poor customer service...... no one could explain clearly what my recall was all about... car was a day late, due to over booking..... when my truck was done, no one could locate it.... i found it still park in the maintenance garage, plus the service rep was no where to be found, to help locate it. .

The service department is what keeps me coming back to Jim White Toyota. I have always had excellent mechanics looking at and explaining what is recommended. My present car runs like a charm. My last Toyota is still safe and on the road at almost 320,000 miles.

Second visit for a leaky sunroof to be told by the dealer that it doesnt leak. Im sure that my wife and I didnt imagine being sprayed as we went through the car wash. I wanted to give this review one star, apparently 2 is the minimum it will accept.

The Toyota dealership contacted me and my questions were answered and I was assured that I should be able to put down a down payment and get the process started, when I arrived they tried to get me into another car and I didnt end up even test driving the car I was looking at. I was very disappointed.
