Neil diagnosed the problem and patiently explained what was happening and how it could be repaired. He was able to fit in the repair on the spot and completed within 3 hours! Neil also documents his findings and action taken very meticulously so that we both know what he did. The price was reasonable and he is very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm glad to have Neil and his team looking after my car!”
