“When I checked in for service, the Asst Manager told me that I would get a text (within 90 minutes) to let me know when my service would be complete and results of findings that needed to be addressed. After 2 hours I went to find the Asst Manager to let him know I have not received a text, and I needed to leave for a meeting. He informed me that he sent the text. He apologized for not sending it. Scott Toyota mangers use to come find their customers to explain everything. This is the second time I was told a text was sent to me to find out it was never sent. It seems Scott Toyota has moved from personal care to technology. The recommended items that needed to be taken care of could not be done because I had to leave for my meeting.”
