Marshall was a great service rep. He pointed out the extra things that were needed. He had pictures of the old parts that needed to be replaced. We went in just for a tire rotation, oil change and state inspection. Those extra things I mentioned were things that definately had to be replaced. Great service.

But unfortunately they kept sending me Messages and not her. The service manager needs to pay attention with whom to communicate the prigress of the service.

The salesman was very nice. They play games with the prices of the cars. There will be different prices on the same car depending on how you shop. Also, it took them hours to process me. They would not even look at my car for trade in. And then took hours to process the paperwork. I had my financing lined up my credit union and it still took me a half of a day to buy the car.

The technician Harrison did a super job of getting everything set up and explained what would be done. He recommended the inspection for license plate renewal and told me that for cars less than 3 years old the emissions check was not required and my cost would be $13.60 vs the full $30. In prior years in that same situation the place I had taken it charged me the full $30. So I definitely appreciated that.

Lifetime power train warranty doesn't mean much unless you have records of every little thing done to your car since new. My wheel bearings went out on the front of my rav4. How could that been prevented? What does me not having them to do all my oil changes have to do with a wheel bearing going out?

I Felt they Rush throughout the Car Inspection to Hurry up and sell me the Car. After me putting $7 Thousand down Now I need to replace All Struts Another couple of Thousand. At least they could have let me know and given me the option to want to get it Fix.. not Happy about that.
