Great people to work with. Made the mistake of going on the last Saturday of the month and not having financing pre-arranged. We were just looking and de died to buy .Took a very long time to get to the finance manager. They were short-handed and it was crazy busy. Everyone was very nice and friendly and polite. Scott Clark usually does quality work. Went in for 40,000 mile service. Advisor recommended a fluid change that Toyota considers a "permanent" fluid and some mechanics recommend change at 50,000 to 100,000 miles. I declined but Scott Clark needs to follow Toyota service intervals instead of $250 services they would like to do.

I had an appt at 9am to fix break problem under warranty. Dropped off the car at 8:45. Dealer had my car eight hours and then told me that they had to order parts and there is a long backup. When I went to pick up my car, they had lost the key to my car and I waited about an hour to get it. Poor customer service.

Had some noise in my suspension that I asked dealership to look into.....I was told that it is caused by aftermarket spring which is not true.....easily placing a hand on a leaf spring you can see where noise is coming from. I had many negative experiences with this place.

This is related to my follow up appointment on 05/15/26. While the service department installed a new interior map light assembly, the service tech who did it had very dirty hands and left stains and smudges on the interior roof of the vehicle as well as on the assembly. Am surprised such a reputable dealership would handle a follow up visit so poorly.
