This was my 3rd time at the dealership to have a recall on the airbag repaired. I was there this last time 3 hours. I should have been offered a loaner car as I missed a lot of work on this recall. Was given a loaner car on 2nd visit but only took an hour to "fix".

No other shop has put their hands on my vehicle. That being said, the communication with the status of the repair was not as good as it normally is. I will take my vehicle back to this dealership again. I will assume it was just a busy day. Normally they on spot on!!

I've been using the dealership since I bought my first Hyundai in 2012. I've always been impressed with the quality of service there. I'm now on my third Hyundai, a Santa Fe Hybrid and it is the best car I've ever owned. The dealership has recently changed it name to Hyundai of Union County but the service is still top notch.

I have already answered one survey you sent me, but I will answer this one as well. I asked for my tires to be rotated, even though I did not buy them there. This was not done, but you tried to get me to approve other services that would have been a total of $1200. That seemed to be more of the focus.

I like the ease of making my appointments. I don't like having to stand around when an appointment is scheduled waiting for someone to wait on you. I did not like the fact if had an appointment for 10:am and did not get my car back until :4:30pm for a oil change. I did not like the unprofessional behavior that the service tech displayed when having my vehicle serviced

Had to have vehicle towed there due to a tire blow out. When the car was picked up they did not have the correct air pressure in the tire and we had to go back and have that fixed. Someone also stole change out ot my console. Discovered this after I got home. Tried for 3 days to call and speak to someone and never got a return call. Had to drive to the dealership to file a complaint.

Great service our advisor. Jack was very attentive took care of my needs, and the technician actually found an issue with my car that I did not know everything was fixed under the warranty, except for the paint oil change highly recommend Hyundai of Union County for all your service needs on your Hyundai vehicle.

Jack is the only redeeming quality at this location. He listens and cares, but unfortunately the service team and even management dismiss concerns about your vehicle and then aren't open to the feedback after you get mansplained. No thanks, traded in the car.

The experience I just had with Hyundai of Union County was beyond compare. I feel as though all suggested services were fair and had the best interest of my vehicle and I in mind. Jack was the primary person I dealt with and he was very easy to communicate with and explained any questions I had. I would absolutely bring my car back to Hyundai of Union County!

Came for inspection & a computer update recall on my 2018 Sonata. Needed a break light. Was an inexpensive item but labor was high so let them do it. They also did tge recall computer update. In the end gave some discountsJack. He kept me updated throughout & went smoothly.. a little longer but always find good conversation in the waiting room. Under renovation & miss the free car washes in the winter months especially.

Brought car in for an engine light and expected a quick turn around but nobody came to talk to us as to what was going on. After over two hours I went out to find there was an issue with actuators on air flaps and mechanic was replacing them. We had someplace to be and were concerned if it would be done in time. We did leave in time but the communication could have been much better this time in my opinion

I was contacted to bring my car for 2 recalls to be serviced, but only part of the job was completed because they didn't have a part. I was told I would be contacted again once the part came in.
Why was I contacted I the first place if they didn't have all the parts?

Had to pay extra for the oil change, do to oil price increase?
I purchased the extended warranty from Hyundai and the first time after the dealership changed hand had to pay extra?! Also the dealer did several safety test and recommended the brand new wiper blades changes for extremely overpriced price?!
Not so happy, there for I declined to do the rest of recommendation services.

Awesome service! The shop was very busy and they were short one worker the day I dropped my truck off. The customer service worker gave me a rental and I went about my day. It was a pleasant surprise and I picked up my truck at the end of the day. Thank you very much service department!!!

They never have any parts so a simple fix always turns into a multiple day event. They Don't realize not everyone can be without a car for multiple days at a time. Also my 100,000 mile warranty which came along with the car seems to be worthless as this repair cost me in excess of $1000 for a throttle body repair. My 2022 Hyundai sonata is not very reliable at all. My last Hyundai purchase for sure.

Went in for oil change & inspection. Service Department tried to charge me with the "free" inspection as advertised by their TVI had to take a picture of their TV ad before they would honor it. Also, upon multi point inspection, they "recommended" nearly $2,000 worth of maintenance that I declined.

The service was fast and friendly. I like getting message about what was needed and the ability to respond immediately without calling and waiting too long. I did not like your waiting room with its decomposing chairs. Needs major updating and better coffee.

Staff was nice, but services were unaffordable. I was told that there was a TXXT? warranty that could cover some of the repairs that my vehicle needed and from the sounds of it, they didn't even check that warranty. So now, I have a vehicle that I cant drive and wont be able to afford to fix for some time to come.
