Amazing customer service. Best chain car repair in the area hands down. Have been my go to for over a decade. Recently had my brakes serviced and encountered an unforseen issue but the service associate, district manager, and tech went above and beyond to ensure that my car was safe and in perfect condition. Precision Tune is the best!!! I have been doing business with them since 2021. Their complete oil change with tire rotation, and fluid checks can't be beat, including their work on a professional level, can't be beat! Their friendly customer service is a huge plus, too.

My tire pressure light came on before work, and I stopped by the nearest shop, and it was Precision Tune Auto Center. The manager which was a very nice lady helped me out even though it was on a Saturday evening and they were close to closing. But she still made room for my vehicle, and they got my car fixed and back on the road right before they were closing. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

They only had one oil changer there so it took quite a while to get started on my car. However, once they got started, it was alot quicker than I expected. The lady at the front desk was friendly.

Lied about hiring of vehicle oil change for 2021 Kia forte. Been paying a certain amount about a year. Called before and confirmed same price while ther3. After job was done, heifer told me more money was required and they didn't even rotate the tires and add air like they were supposed to for a so called "premium" service. Smh they just lost a customer.

I was very disappointed I've been taking my vehicles to you from more than 20 years Instead of getting synthetic oil you put a blend in My car takes full synthetic This happened because a new person was there but it clearly States on the screen synthetic My daughter was the one that brought it in This has never happened before please make sure associates read the maintenance history before putting something in that I do not want
