I would not recommend this shop. Many times over, I have had poor interactions with the service advisors. I have addressed the issues with the leadership and still no resolution. Some how my third oil change, through the "jeep wave" program, disappeared!!?? No explanation!!! Total BS!!!!! Just my opinion.

The service person had oil or gas type of substance on his feet or body and the whole car smelled of it when I got back in. He also left some type of fluid drops of whatever in the passenger seat. Its been a reoccurring thing. Getting kind of tired of the inattention to the small details. Do better please.

I was able to get my tires rotated and aligned while I was there for an oil change. I didn't like that even if you make an appointment, you are still made to wait. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment time would be. Luke's Chuck. Good representation for your business.

Big difference in service from 3 years ago. I only had to wait an hour for my oil change and tire rotation vs 4 hours three years ago. Glad I gave them another chance, but the coupon certainly helped.
