“I liked that they diagnosed the problem and that if they fixed it didn't charge the diagnostic fee. Didn't like the fact they recommended my truck have some other preventative maintenance done like throttle body cleaning when my truck is direct injection therefore doesn't have a throttle body. I will still bring my truck in for service that is recommended by my owners manual for things I can't do myself like changing the cabin filter and air filter.”
