Read the Google reviews for Grease Monkey. This place will scam you for windshield wipers at your inspection as they have done in the months of July 2025 and August 2025 to those who went for an inspection. $17 for the cheapest wiper. That's more than half the inspection price.

Service was very quick! They serviced what they could but were unable to check the transmission fluid because my car didn't have a dipstick. They gave me an explanation of what needed to be done and addressed the issues I agreed to.

Never worked on my car. They incorrectly entered my car as what they were working on and never worked on it in the first place. That's pretty terrible honestly. Don't go there as they will probably not enter your information correctly either. Still haven't fixed it. It's been months.

Biggest issue I had was when leaving the facility they still had a portion of the holder I keep my registration in but attendant quickly found it! Then as I pulled out of the facility my open hood light came on so I had to stop and secure my hood before going further! Please pay more attention to your customers and vehicles! The staff didnt seem to care about their customers. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves and laughing/joking around with the up front staff. This place was recently sold and has gone downhill. Go across the street to Carolina Quick Lube to get service done. They actually care.

From what I can tell it didnt take long being my fusion has a cover that protects the under carriage of the vehicle that needs to be remove in order to get to the oil pan and the filter. $79.00 for full synthetic which is less expensive than what it would costs me at the dealership .

We dropped of the vehicle but never got a call that it was finished. Ended up driving back to find it was finished already and in line with a group of other finished vehicles. They usually do good work so I guess they were just very busy. It was a Saturday Morning.
