People were great, very personable and communicative. Shop had all supplies needed to complete the services. Sat for long time waiting to get service started as one bay was not working / available. Coupon from website is deceptive "up to 25 %" off but no listing of which services are discounted at what rate nor are prices for services easy to find anywhere until ending invoice.

The gentlemen who worked there were very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They cleaned out my air filter, when prior quick oil changes told me they couldn't, and explained everything they were doing in detail. It was great customer service and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Will definitely return!

From the moment I drove up to the time I left this location the staff were friendly and helpful. Kudos to Ed, who greeted me and guided me through the entire pil change making suggestions but never pressuring me to purchase any extras. Great experience! Highly recommend !

They took a long time for service and then it wasn't done completely correct. No sticker reminder either which was annoying. Didn't fill tires or top up coolant. I've never had so many issues there before.

The service itself was exceptional; however, I had to return to have the oil plug tightened (oil leaked onto my driveway). The guys there tightened the plug, and I haven't had any issues since.

The attendant was very polite and friendly.

I went there a few days earlier for service my other vehicle. I was so pleased with the service, that I returned.
The crew is friendly and professional. They checked my filters and explained why they should or shouldn't be replaced.

Installer neglected to tighten the oil filter all the way which resulted in losing 2 quarts of oil and low oil pressure. Returned the next day and issue was quickly and professionally resolved. 4 stars would have been given if I did not have to return.
