In my case there happened to be one spot still available on today's date. I showed up as directed and checked in, and my car was immediately retrieved and entered into the service department's oil change area. When completed, everything was summarized on my receipt. I paid and was on my way. Just one minor negative comment was that it took a little longer than expected as only two technicians were available for all the work besides mine to be completed.
