Good service, but a bit lacking in communication. Out of three informational calls , I had to initate two of them. Having to call the last time at 4:15 pm when they close at 5 pm to determine if I can pick up my vehicle was a bit irritating. Especially since they kept it from Thursday to the following Tuesday for an alignment and battery retainer and battery replacement.

Diagnostic service as truck was not running smoothly. Tech recommended tune up as first step but could not guarantee it would fix the problem. Hopefully it will but if not I will not accept the truck back until the problem is fixed as it is still under the drive train warranty. We'll see how it goes.

Hawk, I have reviewed your inquiry you put into my dealership in June. I see where you made an offer on one of my cars that was over $3000 less than what I was asking for the vehicle. Unfortunately we do not have that kind of mark up in our vehicles. I wish we did, but we don't. I'm sorry if not accepting your unreasonable offer makes our business "Unbusiness like" in your eyes. But we are in business to make money, and would be out of business pretty quick if we accepted offers like yours. Next time you are shopping I would encourage you to come into the business and see what we have to offer. I'm certain if you would have come into the dealership to see the car, how nice it was, and how nice my staff is, you would have seen the value in our product. We would have been able to find a vehicle that would fit in your budget! Sorry to hear your disappointment with your experience. But thank you for dropping our online repetition score over it!
