Very poor service. Told it would only take 1 day to fix the recall. During that day there was zero communication of what was going on with my car. They waited until end of day to call and tell us they didn't have paperwork completed for the recall so they couldn't release the vehicle. Next day comes, again zero communication. End of day comes, we call to inquire about my vehicle. Response is we are still waiting on some paperwork and we are charging over $100 for an inspection that was never asked to us if we wanted done. This is my daily driver, I drive over an hour to work everyday. I can't go without my car. No loaner vehicle offered and this was going into a weekend where we had plans to be going out of town and needed that vehicle. Will never take another vehicle to them for service, I will drive out of town to another dealership before returning here. Horrible communication and rude employees!
