“I started with Walmart's auto department online self service appointment step which was easy to navigate showing when I'd like to schedule. In my case there happened to be one spot still available on today's date. I showed up as directed and checked in, and my car was immediately retrieved and entered into the service department's oil change area. When completed, everything was summarized on my receipt. I paid and was on my way. Just one minor negative comment was that it took a little longer than expected as only two technicians were available for all the work besides mine to be completed. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work and personnel”
