I went in for a tire rotation. And they proceeded to do a tire rotation, oil change and brake job. I asked why my hood was up and they said it was for oil change. I told them I didn't bring it there for that. They apologize. Said we didn't change out the filter so you still have some oil we can put some back in so you can go home and change it yourself. Don't worry we won't charge. Then proceed to make it better buy offering to complete the oil change off and $100 off on brakes. After leaving I checked and saw that the skid plate hadn't been removed and the boat guards have been hammered to the bolts. I went back and asked them if they changed the filter to which they said yes and then they went back and took something else and said no. Needless to say, I spent that day changing the oil myself. I spent 30 minutes spending the bending skid plate back so I can remove the bolts to change the filter. And the quote" new oil they put in that was synthetic was not. That oil was non-synthetic. I will no longer be buying tires from this location in the future

I recently had my first experience at Tire Discounters, where I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I must say, they did an excellent job with the services I requested, and the pricing was quite competitive compared to other places I've visited.
However, I did have some concerns regarding their recommendations for additional services. After my visit, I took their suggestions to my usual service center for a second opinion. It turned out that the recommendations from Tire Discounters were unnecessary, which made me feel like I was being subjected to an upsell attempt.
While I appreciate the quality of work they provided, this experience has left me questioning the trustworthiness of Tire Discounters. I would recommend them for basic services, but I advise being cautious about any additional recommendations they may make.

I thought it would take about 1 hour but it took 1:45 hours. Also I asked to have tire pressure sensors checked. They checked but did not replace the bad one. But everyone was very nice and helpful otherwise.

I went in for an oil change with no tire rotation as it had been done the week before. I also requested air filter change. The total charge was $250+ which I feel is outrageous. I will not return to this business.
