Terrible.
This place has continued to get worse over the years.
The sales manager literally called me to tell me that he realized that the last three sets of tires they had sold me weren't rated for my larger vehicle.
Remedy?
Nothing. Just that he guesses they had been trying to sell me a cheaper tire regardless of safety or early wear.
Will never go there again.

The service was done fairly quickly and I believe well but I can't give 5 stars due to them adding "service fees" at checkout that were not listed on the quote. Unfortunately, I can no longer count on their quotes being accurate so I'm left to wonder what else they may be hiding or being dishonest about.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy and did receive a text confirmation as well. The personality of the man working the desk dry. He spent more time on his phone than I saw him do work while I was waiting. Saw some customers did leave before nobody helped them. The customer service is very hit miss with this location. Needs much improvement. They did fix my issue though.

They did a good job with my tires - rotation, balancing, air pressure, sensors, and alignment. My problem with their service was that I had a 9 a.m. appointment and did not leave there until 11:50 a.m. I wrongly had assumed that if I had an appointment my vehicle would be taken care of before people who were walk-ins.
Recommend?? Not sure.

Nice staff.
Not communicated it would take more than 1 day, could not schedule online (never received email back as stated in original appointment email), and tires needed additional air after the appointment which feels silly after taking to a tire place.

Every interaction with this store is not smooth or pleasant. I will only purchase tires here and take them to a different repair facility to be installed. Went in for an alignment after installing new control arms to only find out the technician didn't tighten the locking nuts.

I even baked them homemade pies to let them know I appreciate the hard work and professional. It's not easy dealing with customers but you all get it done !!!
