Made an appointment for 10am. Found out that it wasn't even put in the system. Took 6 hours for an oil change. I will say they were friendly and it's not their fault they're short handed but i still shouldn't have had to waste half my day waiting on an oil change

Oil, dirt and grime was left all over my hood and fenders. Dirty oily finger prints on my hood and fenders. My tires were not rotated as requested. Now I am going to have to go back to get my tires rotated. And the bill makes no sense at all, the itemized work cost does not add up to the final bill and I believe I have been over charged. I am considering never going back for service here ever again!!!

Brought my car in for tires and oil change and they kept it all day, put the weights on the outside of my alloy wheels and never put a sticker on the window( not to mention they kept trying to talk me out of the oil change that was included in the promotion. I get being busy but this was just plain stupid.

Had an 8 o'clock appointment for an oil change and a repair of the car's TPMS system. My car was returned at 10:30. The oil was changed and I was told nothing was wrong with the TPMS system. This proved not to be true. So I spent two and a half hours for an oil change. I was there when they opened at 8. I had an appointment for 8. And my car was not serviced until after 10. Poor customer service and incompetent diagnostics.

I went in because I needed tires and they took good care of me that's why I continue going there because they are able to take care of my car repairs, I've got my air compressor brakes and rotors done my oil changed and I recommend my friend to there also.

They were trying to charge me $172 for the tire. I googled the tire and found it at numerous places for $20-$25 less. So on top of that they charge me $25 to install one tire. I do not recommend going to this place shop around you can get a bunch better deal

I usually have had a good experience at this facility. This time I was told I need to get all new tires. I was given a price for a buy 3 get 1 free special. At home when researching I found the same tires price per tire much lower somewhere else. Also in checked around, a rep from another tire dept. took a close look at my tires and told me I had about another years wear.
