I made an appointment for an oil change/ tire rotation for 9:00am I was in the waiting area and a worker came and advised me that my overflow reservoir flow reservoir was cracked and needed replaced. I told him to go ahead replace it. I sit and waited until 10:30am and finally asked at the desk why my hood was up but nobody working on my car. I was then informed that they didn't have the part and it wouldn't be delivered via truck at O'Reillys 11:30. I told them to just put it back together and I would go somewhere else, the guy advised I couldn't do that because my car would run hot. No communication what so ever that I would sitting there while the part was yet to be delivered. Finally 12:45 the part came and they got my car together. My experience was terrible and I'm not sure if I will ever purchase tires or go back again. I feel they could have kept me informed of all the delayed time as my whole day 9 to 1:30 was sitting in their waiting area. I might add that another customer was done the very same way and sit there with me over a part issue as well. Bad customer service and disappointing as well.
