“My experience was good until it wasn't. I was interested in purchasing, but would be doing so remotely. I arranged for Pomcars to inspect the car on behalf and received a glowing inspection. Before making arrangements to close the deal and fly to NJ to pick up the car I requested an "out the door" total. Things turned bad when I realized the advertised price did not include a $2597 processing fee; meaning the advertised price of $14,985 was not the actual price of the car, but instead was $17582 + tags, taxes, and documentation fee. Subsequently, I did not purchase the car and went elsewhere.”

“The people at the dealership were friendly and no-nonsense. They only trade used cars and want to move them fast. They had the lowest price around for this model and the car was in good shape. I was able to do an inspection with a technically-inclined friend of mine and to test drive the vehicle.
The dealership generated all the required paperwork and provided necessary info for me to obtain my insurance. They handled all transactions with NJ and NY Dept of Motor Vehicles, for temp and permanent licenses plates and registration.
They provided a printout of all Carfax servicing info for the vehicle.”
