My visited was fine until the payment amount was stated. I received one price when i booked with the yound lady over the phone and was given another price at time of payment. Their information for the customers must be accurate. Prices show not change when nothing else was added to service given. I don't think I will use their services again.

We were very pleased with the work and service done on our Corolla. My only other thought was why the pulse valve not checked when the vehicle was brought in for routine service. Only when the check engine light went on did we become aware of a problem. Thank you.We are [pleased with the service but the costs are on the high side compared to other shops.

I brought my car in for its first oil change and after an hour and a half they said my car was done, but they didn't change my oil, only rotated the tire and topped fluids! A complete waste of my time, I wanted a first oil change and I don't even know if they even rotated the tires!!!

Although I had an appointment, it still took 2.5 hours for the service. I even saw that my car was ready and asked if I could take it, but the staff didn't seem to care or provide any assistance. Very disappointing experience considering I had scheduled in advance.

I bought 4 tires a year and a half ago and one of the tires was deflating slowly due to an embedded nail. The tire could not be repaired due to the location of the nail. I got a brand new tire under the guarantee and only paid $20 dollars and tax for the service.

The technician has zero expression.. my car keep pulling to the right side and he did a test drive and keep insisting that there's no problem. The car pulled to the right more alot when he was driving it and he keep saying because we are on ghe right lane, because of the torque power, because because because. At the end they didn't fixed nothing and my car still has the same problem.

This Toyota service center is great. I live pretty close by but their overall operation set up is great and efficient. They also offer free shuttle service if your required service time exceeds 4(?) hrs I think. Members are straight forward and transparent. Clean facility with bathroom and coffee. Very attentive and gave a fair deal. Only one small niggle. I found four plugs in the car which should have been inserted in the underbody. The service people culd not help for a couple of hours so iI took the car to Morristown Toyota and the check in person just reached under the car and installed them.

Trying charms 700 dollar for broken door handle which should be under warranty. After long fight main manager came and said he will do it. I would ask people stop going here.

Waiting area is large and clean. Most people there are helpful and pleasant A bit disappointed that I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour for an oil change. Something that takes 15 minutes. Kinda crazy.
