“The salesman, Joseph, did not take responsibility for the slow progress in the buying process. It felt like the delay was due to my choice of financing outside the dealership. I was informed that my financial institution needed to expedite the process, but the dealership didn't send the necessary information until I called and asked that the information be sent to me. I had to navigate the process myself, yet the dealership waited until the end of the day to provide me with a simple document required for my loan approval. When I called, Joseph was either on lunch or unaware of the paperwork's whereabouts. Fortunately, the receptionist was helpful, and that was the only way I managed to get through the phone system. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this dealership, especially if you have your own financing”
