Took my truck in for two recalls. Easy to make appt, service advisor Douglas was great and texted me while my truck was there and had truck out in a reasonable length of time. Service mechanic sent pics and a video of some things he found that I might want to have looked at and did a helpful inspection of things that were not related to the recalls.

They were actually too aggressive and tried to contact me non stop. After the first week of constant emails and calls, I was able to unsubscribe and get the emails to stop. While I appreciate people doing their job, after the first couple of days, they should have stopped bothering me.

Requested a coolant flush and a alignment check as the tires were wearing very unevenly. The truck was found to be baldly out of alignment. The tech rotated the tires from the back(alignment good on the back) to the front (were the alignment was bad). I had not made an appointment to get an alignment yet forcing me to possibly damage the two best tires on the truck by driving until I could get an appointment.

Staff was short handed and so it took a very long time for me to get an oil change. I waited for just about 2 hours. I have never had to wait that long for any service I have had there in the past. I do like the people that are working there and they are kind and courteous. I'm guessing maybe a bad day.
