“We had some communication issues with other representatives causing us to waist gas, and driving time from another town. I was told the vehicle was sold. I asked, and they told me it was sold. The person I was needing to talk with and had an appointment with was working with another customer, so another rep was telling me it was gone, and I asked if it was sold, and he told me yes. The next day I received a call and they told me it wasn't sold, just moved to another dealership. So we had to wait days to make a deal on a vehicle that wasn't even at the dealership. I was told earlier in the week that it was. All seems a little strange, and also may have been an AI thing that is going on with emails instead of a real person that failed to see that the vehicle had been moved.”
