Briggs is the absolute worst. Charged me for something that was covered by my warranty through GM. I contacted GM and they said it was covered. Asked Briggs to resubmit the claim to GM, so I could get reimbursed. They refused. The do horrible work. They don't know what they're doing. Go anywhere else!

Service was fine. Quick and easy. Their front desk employee could use a lot of help. Scheduled my appointment through GMC, and I was made to feel like I was a problem because I wasn't coming up in their system after I received several messages through GMC that I had a confirmed appointment.
