I didn't like the service. They has said they were going to charge me to flush my transmission oil but they only tap it. I know these because a transmission has 9 quarts not 4. Also they charge me two hours to change a seal if they already had removed the cv axle which that was a two hours charge already there was no way need for that extra charge. Not worth my time to argue so I paid and left.

Since I am from out of town so I was one of those who have to wait on their vehicle. The waiting area is pleasant and a ride to someplace was offered if I wanted or needed it.

They left my glove box on the floor didn't put my cabin air filter all the way back in and left the peice that holds the filter in place on the floor.
Drove my van recklessly and dumped my trash can in my car and didn't clean it up.
There is always something with this toyota.
I've never had issues at any other toyota but this one...

These people are out to take as much money as they can. They have lied about the replacement parts being Toyota certified parts before, and now they charged us $900+ for just diagnosing a problem in the engine, mostly labor to open and inspect the engine. I will never go back to this shop.

They rotated my tires (with my oil change) but I need the tires re-balanced. My steering wheel is a bit shaky at the higher speeds. It's not horrible but does need re-balanced.
The AI phone system is terrible. I hate it and feel like I can't call back and talk to a person to get this resolved. I hope you call me.

If you call, it's hard to get to an actual person. When I did speak to someone, they were rude. My maintenance light was still on when I picked up my car, so they had to take it back into the shop. They left a sticky residue on my window. Will not be returning.

When I came to pick up my car they did not fix it, the light was still on, and there was additional things they told me would now cost me more money, because they didn't fix the original problem I had.
