The dealership had Alecia call me. The first conversation indicated they quit doing appointments after 4 pm. About 10 minutes later she called me back and indicated someone from the management staff said I could come up from my town and would be able to speak with someone still that day. I live almost an hour south of Salina. I agreed and got in my vehicle and began to drive towards their location. After about another 10 minutes I received another call from Tyler who informed me that the car was on a repair rack and the wheels had been removed for their 120 point inspection. At that time I returned to my home. After 2 and a half days of being told the brake parts had still not showed up at the store I phoned Tyler to see if they had completed the repairs and was told it was not ready. At this time I told him that I was not interested in waiting any longer and Tyler got upset and began to raise his voice and admitted they should not have put the car on the website as it had not been inspected yet and accused me of not being patient enough. At that point with the tone in his voice I hung the phone up. He attempted to leave a voice mail apologizing for his tone and expected me to give them another chance to make things right. I'm almost 70 years old and am not going to take someone talking down to me! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone!
