These folks are courteous, competent and accommodating, they keep you posted with any additional maintenance needs observed during service, and take care of any additional problems that arise. In my case, several miles down the road, a clip unfastened on a repair just made. I returned immediately and the mechanic took care of the problem (unforeseen during the initial repair). Problem solved, leaving one satisfied customer!

Everyone is always so courteous & friendly! Car was finished before the estimated time even though I couldn't pick it up on the same day. Only issue was last service they did not redo the sensor for the correct tire location. And, even though I made sure to comment & say I wanted to make sure it was right this time...once again the sensors are NOT in the right location per tire.

My car came back with the tires low, and the oil change section of my car was never reset. The only way I know they did the oil change was by looking at the carfax website. The service was done on 6/25/2024 and at the end of July my antifreeze light came on and I had to replace. That Per the carfax report they did a "maintenance inspection" if they did how did low antifreeze go unnoticed?

First thing to ever need attention in the 12 years I've had this Prius. Only a starter battery. Toyotas are incredibly reliable.
