“I honestly can't say enough good things about Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to do business with them when Ginn Chrysler Dodge Jeep is literally 5 minutes from my houseand after my experience with Ginn, I would make that drive every single time. My experience with Ginn was terrible. Communication was poor, the process felt unnecessarily difficult, and I never felt like my time or business was valued. Courtesy was the complete opposite. From the moment I reached out, their communication was excellent. They were friendly, professional, responsive, and actually followed through when they said they would. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and I never felt pressured or like I was being treated as just another number. That 30-minute drive was absolutely worth it. Courtesy earned my business by doing something that apparently shouldn't be so difficult in the car business: communicating, being honest, being friendly, and treating customers with respect. If you're anywhere near the area and deciding between Courtesy and Ginn, I can tell you from personal experienceI'll happily drive past Ginn every single time to get to Courtesy. 5 stars, without a doubt.”
