Told them my AC was out and had issues with the blower before. Gave it back to me. Didn't replace the blower but the module. 12 hours after picking it up it went out again. Took it back. They replaced the blower. Charged me again. Didn't cover rental car fee or a loaner. Terrible

This is bait and switch dealership, I spoke with the staff several times the internet price was $38,400, we drove to see and drive the truck which we did, they then told us the truck was $52,000. I verified everything before drove down and then everything changed. I would never recommend this dealership and we did contact the BBB.

I came in for alignment and when I left 3.5 hours later the alignment was worse then I brought it in, etc light came on. Just poor quality of workmanship. Asked for a refund and they refuse to do so. Had to take to other dealership and they got it right. Still waiting for the service manager to call me to rectify.

Staff very nice. They try too hard to up sell services which is really pathetic. Also want to charge $30 to install a rear wiper blade that I purchased from the same dealer. my car is being serviced can't the wiper blade be installed at that time, had I known would have purchased wiper blade Auto Zone where it is installed free of charge.

My reason for the 4 Stars is because, the sale team didn't notify me when the parts came in. I had called previously about the parts,because it had been 3weeks. The 3 weeks turned into a month. I actually had to drive over there again and that's when I found out the parts came. Customer Service needs to be more aware, and keep their customers updated.

Took two days to get an oil change completed. Weren't able to complete the customer requested part change. Extremely poor communication quantity and quality from Drew. Ultimately, only changed oil, didn't rotate tires as requested.....simple left the car to get picked up. Have had quite a few good experiences at this location, but this one bombed.

Went in with a nail in my tire. They said it was too close to the sidewalk to patch. It was about 3 inches away from the sidewall; not even close. As luck would have it, they had a new tire to sell me. If I had more time I would have left and gotten a patch somewhere else.

Had cabin air filter changed technician( Dominick)failed to install glove box which promptly fell off before leaving the parking area. Multi point inspection wasnt reviewed. Seat not covered with protective cover. In general found customer service lacking.

Having to drop off my 2021 car for 2-3 days to diagnose a check engine light is just crazy. Having had to replace all the valve lifters on one side, the windshield and the catalytic converter after 16k miles makes me really concerned about keeping the vehicle after warrant runs out

Bad experience. We had an appointment with oil change, tire rotation, and other works from the "Best Investment" maintenance package. Nothing except an oil and filter change and tire rotation was done. Also, the service guy even didn't reset an oil change counter. And I still don't see tire rotation in my CarFax. I guess it was my first and very last visit to this service center. And of course, none of the staff wear face masks.
